For Andrew Peterson’s Christmas Show at the Ryman Auditorium, LD Winn Elliott Turns to Bandit Lites

NASHVILLE – Andrew Peterson’s 18th annual “Behold The Lamb Of God” tour included a performance at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium on Dec. 11 that was also seen via live stream at Lipscomb University’s Shamblin Theatre. LD Winn Elliott, who has been supporting Andrew Peterson’s shows for more than a decade, relied on a Bandit Lites-supplied rig that included Vari-Lite VL500 Washes, Martin MAC Viper Spots, Martin MAC Aura Washes and in-line 4-lights.

LAS VEGAS – AV Vegas provided sound, lighting & backline for the “Next From Nashville” stage at the Route 91 festival. Our stage finished an hour before the festival ended on Oct 1 and our crew was busy striking our gear when the shooting began. Two trucks had already been loaded and the lighting was mostly packed and riggers were taking motors down when concert goers began running towards our stage to get away from the shooting. Everyone has seen the story on TV. It was awful and I won’t recap it here.

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE – Following the October 2017 release of their collaborative album Lotta Sea Lice, Courtney Barnett, a Grammy nominated Australian singer-songwriter Courtney Barnett, and American singer-songwriter Kurt Vile hit the road for a co-headlining tour with a lighting package provided by Bandit Lites. Taking into account that almost each of the venues on the tour featured a solid in-house over head rig, Lighting Designer Nicholas Beachen designed a floor packaged that made each room look specific to a CBKV show.
