HERNING, Denmark — Fermaten is a busy community-based live music and performance venue in Herning, central Denmark. Accommodating close to 700, it’s home to about 140 shows a year. He has also served as a sales manager for Barbizon Lighting in Dallas and a regional manager for Kohler Rental Power Services. Prior to that, he worked for Paramount Pictures/Viacom, Walt Disney World, and a number of cruise ship lines.
