SCOTTSDALE, AZ – Responding to its growing influence within the global event space, Event Safety Alliance today announced the addition of two well-known industry veterans to the group’s Board of Directors. By unanimous consent of the current Board, Andy Lenthall of the Production Services Association and Tim Roberts of The Event Safety Shop were appointed to the organization’s leadership body, and will use their extensive international experience to guide the ESA’s evolution into a worldwide force for cultural change.

ATLANTA – NanoLumens named F.A. (Fran) Dramis chairman of the board. Dramis is the CEO of F. Dramis LLC, a technology consulting and investment firm. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board of NanoLumens, he currently also serves on the private company board of Catavolt, and is on the advisory boards of Virima, Voyager Capital, kwantera, and we&co. Dramis is also the cofounder of Urjanet, an energy data management firm, and is a limited partner in Seraph, a super angel investing group.

SF War Memorial Veterans Building Reopens with Upgrades from Auerbach Pollock Friedlander

SAN FRANCISCO – Auerbach Pollock Friedlander provided theatre planning and consulting for the 900-seat Herbst Theatre and support spaces within the San Francisco War Memorial Veterans Building. The venue was reopened and rededicated in mid-September after lengthy seismic upgrades and improvements. Auerbach Glasow French provided architectural lighting design for all public spaces.
