TULALIP, WA – The Quil Ceda Creek Casino, located on the Tulalip Indian Reservation north of Seattle, had one overriding requirement for Agility AVL for the lighting and video package in their new Qzone entertainment venue – make it high tech. And that they did, installing a new Elation Professional EZ4 LED video screen along with Elation Platinum Spot LED II moving heads and EPAR Series LED fixtures.

Temporary Set for Hotel M TV Show in Belgium Lit with Robe Fixtures

ROESELARE and KNOKKE-HEIST, Belgium — Belgian talk show host Marcel Vanthilt took Hotel M, his Flemish TV show, to both these Belgian cities for a number of weeks this summer.  Pièce Montée’s temporary Hotel M set was constructed as the studio facility and backdrop to the daily magazine program broadcast on national TV channel EEN, concluding each evening with a live music performance on a set lit with 35 Robe Robin LEDWash 300s. MIAMI – LD Oscar “El Bro” Florez’s lighting design for Mexican crooner Marco Antonio Solis includes 16 Chauvet Professional Nexus 4×4 panels supplied by Visions Lighting of Brea, CA. Todd Roberts, president of Visions Lighting, credited the Nexus 4×4 panels for helping the crew highlight different sections of the audience during different songs to reinforce the connection between the artist and his fans. Roberts also worked with designer and production manager Andy Ruiz of Marbella Inc. Production Services, Irwindale, CA, on the show setup.

ESL Provides D.T.S. Titan FC Fixtures for French Palace in Versailles

VERSAILLES, France – The Palace of Versailles, home to France’s royals and aristocrats from 1682 until the French revolution of 1789, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an architectural marvel, drawing close to 5.9 visitors annually, according to Travel & Leisure Magazine. D.T.S. notes that French production company ESL has provided 100 of its Titan FC LED fixtures to light various buildings within the palace complex. Crews will be able to benefit from the colorimetric properties and light output the IP65-rated fixtures for special events, and their IP65 rating makes them suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
