Denmark-based entertainment automation specialist, Motor Stage Automation (MSA), has made a substantial investment in Kinesys, comprising 30 Kinesys Apex 500 Kg hoists and 30 Kinesys Apex V2 drives plus three Mentor 401 safety controllers – offering SIL3 safety over Ethernet and safety control of up to 60 devices simultaneously. Lighting Designer/Director, Thom Roberts has died of a gunshot wound at his home on Sunday, July 9, 2023. He was 68. Roberts was a Nashville, TN-based LD with nearly 50 years of lighting experience, and was part of the Randy Travis touring family for over 20 years.
