LAS VEGAS — The irony is that when NASCAR comes to town, Las Vegas traffic slows to a crawl. But Bruno Mars’ March 11 and 12 concerts at the new 5,000-plus-capacity Park Theater at MGM’s Monte Carlo also drew capacity crowds.
