Made In America Festival Features Rihanna, Coldplay and Syncrolite Fixtures

PHILADELPHIA – The Budweiser Made in America Festival returned to Philadelphia for its fifth season over Labor Day weekend with a star-studded lineup. This included Rihanna and Coldplay, who headlined a weekend filled with music, food and fun. The Syncrolite XL and SyncroMITE Beam fixtures, used for the entire event, were well received by the LDs on site. The setup for Rihanna is pictured here.

CHICAGO – To celebrate Lollapalooza’s 25th Anniversary, the festival gave its estimated 400,000 attendees a fourth day to see some of their favorite acts live, including J. Cole, Lana Del Ray, Radiohead, Future, Red Hot Chili Peppers, LCD Soundsystem Ellie Goulding and Haim. Bandit Lites once again worked with C3 Presents to provide the festival lighting package for both the Samsung and Bud Light Stages, along with site lighting. The Samsung stage is pictured here.

Montreal International Jazz Festival Lit with Clay Paky B-EYEs

MONTREAL – The Montreal International Jazz Festival, produced by L’Equipe Spectra, marked its 37th year, welcoming millions of visitors to more than 650 concerts at outdoor stages and indoor concert halls across the city from June 29 to July 9.  Clay Paky A.leda B-EYE K20 fixtures and MA Lighting’s grandMA2 and dot2 consoles were featured on the Main Stage and Ste-Catherine Stage where crowds were entertained by an eclectic mix of artists.  A.C.T Lighting, Inc. is the exclusive distributor of Clay Paky and MA Lighting products in North America.
