TV Promo for French Soccer Team Uses d3 Projection Mapping as Quick Alternative to Post-Production Visuals

PARIS – With only two days between the shoot and first TV air date for a 53-second promo featuring members of the French national soccer team as they headed for the UEFA’s month-long 2016 Euro 2016 soccer competition, director Patrick Delobelle needed a speedy alternative to post-production visual effects. He used a d3 2x2plus media server provided by Paris-based Stello Productions for the projection-mapping solution. BURBANK, CA – Volt Lites has taken delivery of the first Clay Paky Scenius Profiles in the U.S., according to A.C.T Lighting, Inc., the distributor of Clay Paky fixtures in North America.  Voit Lites, which opened in 2010, added 24 of the luminaires to its inventory.
