OZARKS, U.S. – The Long Reach Long Riders are thrilled to announce the overwhelming success of their 12th annual charity motorcycle ride. The ride, which was dubbed Cruzin’ the Ozarks, The Dozenth Year,  by ride marshals Mark and Ali Heiser, raised over $53,000.00 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and the PLASA Foundation’s Behind the Scenes program, bringing the total raised since the rides began in 2004 to $503,500.00.

Foo Fighters’ European Tour Leg Canceled After Dave Grohl Breaks Leg in Fall from Stage

GOTHENBURG, Sweden — Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl was able to tough it out after falling from the stage and breaking his leg on June 12. But if Grohl managed to return to the stage and perform later in the show despite what would turn out to be a fracture, the band was forced to immediately cancel its next two shows, and by June 16, the band announced that the rest of their tour through Europe would have to be canceled as well, including big gigs at Wembley Stadium in London (June 19-20) and Glastonbury (June 26).
