VL4000 Spots Show Their Power and Versatility at Oak Creek Assembly of God

DALLAS, TX – In Oak Creek, WI, the Oak Creek Assembly of God recently produced the musical “A Little Boys Prayer”. Set in a small town but with over 200 performers in the show, Technical Director Nate Turner needed to create a lighting design that could take the congregation somewhere they have never been before. To do this, he needed both multi-faceted and powerful automated fixtures, so he worked with Clearwing Productions who provided him with VL4000 Spot and VL3000 Spot luminaires from Phillips Vari-Lite.

Rosco’s Seventh Annual BTS Donation of $3,390 Brings Total to $18,348

CINCINNATI, OH – At the USITT show, Rosco Laboratories presented their seventh annual royalty check from the sales of Roscolux #359 Medium Violet to Behind the Scenes. Shaping Sound Dance Company Lit with Bandit Lites-Supplied Gear

NASHVILLE – For Shaping Sound, the dance company founded by Travis Wall, Nick Lazzarini, Teddy Forance and Kyle Robinson, Bandit Lites provided gear to meet the specifications of LDs Seth Jackson and co-designer Nathan Scheuer. Jackson and Scheuer worked to create a traditional dance plot with modern technology. Lighting director Teresa Porterfield Fensler also worked with the Bandit-supplied rig on the 36 date tour, which concluded in late February.

Hungary’s Rising Stars Lit with Ayrton LED Fixtures

BUDAPEST, Hungary – Ayrton’s dynamic MagicPanel-R and MagicBlade-R LED lighting fixtures formed key elements in Light Design Kft’s lighting of the interactive singing contest Rising Star Hungary, the Grand Finale of which broke all ratings records in February 2015. The competition took place over three months and was broadcast on television networks across Hungary and the neighbouring countries.

Maroon 5’s “V” Tour Lit with Robe BMFL, CycFX 8 Moving Lights

ST. PAUL, MN – Maroon 5’s tour in support of the fifth studio album, V, began its North American leg on Feb. 16 in Dallas. Featuring lighting, visuals and stage design by Leroy Bennett that includes Upstaging-supplied Robe fixtures, the North American leg concludes April 6 in Anaheim, CA. The tour then continues with shows in Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia from late May through early October 2015.
