Event Organizers Attempt to Make Good on Fyre Festival Fiasco; Major Lawsuit Filed
LOS ANGELES — Days after Fyre Festival organizers Ja Rule and Billy McFarland postponed their April 28-30 and May 5-7 event indefinitely, attorney Mark Geragos filed suit on behalf of plaintiff Daniel Jung, one of the attendees affected. The suit, which alleges fraud and breach of contract, seeks class action status and damages of more than $100 million.

Such was the case on March 10 when the Palace stage welcomed the Red Hot Chili Pipers after just completing a Friday-Sunday run of the musical Hairspray.

LOS ANGELES – When a projection systems upgrade was required for the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America (MSHFA), Electrosonic was asked to design, install, program and commission projection and AV equipment for the Robert E. Petersen Theatre and the Great Moments exhibit. Electrosonic replaced the aging projector in the Robert E. Petersen Theatre with a 12,000 lumen Christie HD laser phosphor projector which displays three looped videos on the screen.
