LONDON – The d3 team, who will be in Hall 4.0, Stand C21, will be showcasing their current pro range as well as launching the new gx range, specifically geared towards the generative content wave. They will also be revealing a sneak peek of their new company rebrand. The international trade fair for entertainment, integrated systems and creation, is one of the biggest in the industry calendar. Last year, 940 exhibitors attracted over 43,000 visitors.

Robe Catches the Ultra Miami Vibe

MIAMI — The 2017 Ultra Miami dance music festival drew top DJs from around the world, who, in turn, drew close to 150,000 EDM fans to Miami’s Bayfront Park for a long weekend of shows staged March 24-26. Robe moving lights were specified for four of the main performance areas, including the Carl Cox & Friends Arena, the Main Stage, the Live Stage and Arcadia, featuring a giant spider sculpture assembled from recycled industrial waste.

SJ Lighting’s Design for Insomniac’s Crush Concerts Includes Elation Fixtures

LOS ANGELES — Insomniac’s annual Crush concerts, a group of EDM events staged around Valentines Day, included Crush San Fran, Crush SoCal and Crush Arizona. The company, headed by CEO Pasquale Rotella, once again called on Steve Lieberman and his team at SJ Lighting for the visual design, with rigs including Elation’s Platinum Beam 5R moving heads, Colour Chorus 72 LED battens and Cuepix Blinder WW2 fixtures and strobes.
