KLM Plane Gets Projection-Mapped with d3 Assist

AMSTERDAM — For the 95th anniversary of KLM (Royal Dutch Airlines), The Unit Showcontrol B.V., based here, designed, sequenced, mapped and projected imagery on a passenger plane using 25 projectors using d3 Technologies gear. The design team and crew were able to tackle the project despite the window of time with access to the actual plane was limited to a 24-hour span.

Feld Entertainment’s “Marvel Universe Live” Gets XSF Assist

SULPHUR SPRINGS, TX –  Feld Entertainment’s live-action arena tour, Marvel Universe Live, has been getting an assist from an automated stage set crafted by Xtreme Structures & Fabrication (XSF), based here. XSF provided an eight-tower ground support system for the stage set with a 35-foot vertical wall that rotates downstage to transform into a stage deck.  The stage set also included a large half pipe and landings for stunts during the show.
