Although key personnel from Swank have been retained from the 75-year-old firm, including Greg Diekemper, Swank’s former president and CEO, the Swank name has been dropped in favor of PSAV.

PHILADELPHIA – Mojo Barriers US office broke its company record, supplying 800m (2,624 ft) of its aluminum stage barriers to Philadelphia’s Made in America Festival. High levels of traffic and conflicting events meant that Mojo had just 12 hours to complete the build for the Sept. 1-2 event. Barriers were provided across all four stages and other sensitive areas throughout the festival site, which was located in the downtown location of Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The main stage was located in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

LITITZ, PA – LD Jason Rothberg has selected six Clay Paky Alpha Spot QWO 800 fixtures from Atomic Lighting for Passion Pit’s current tour. Rothberg, who is also the tour’s lighting programmer, had previous positive experiences with Clay Paky 700 fixtures but calls the 800 units “even better.” He’s deploying them in a V-shape pyramid of truss towers.

The Sapphire Touch is a new step for Bushell, who until the festival season was working with his own Tiger Touch.
