MIAMI BEACH, FL  – The new Nature Research Center (NRC) wing of the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences held its grand opening recently, with the SECU Daily Planet dazzling visitors with its immersive, three-story multimedia space.  Batwin + Robin Productions hired Smart Monkeys, Inc. to provide system design, consulting and programming for extensive amounts of content it created for the Daily Planet and throughout the NRC wing.

Indiana State Fair Announces Management Changes

INDIANAPOLIS — On May 10, the Indiana State Fair Commission announced several changes in its management. Fairgrounds facilities manager Dave Hummel has retired and will be replaced by Ray Allison, who had been the fair’s director of safety and security. David Shaw has been named chief operating officer for the fairgrounds. Jessie Olvera is the fair’s new director of safety and security.
