Super Bowl XLIV Halftime Show Uses Hippotizer VideoMapper

MIAMI – For The Who's performance at the The Bridgestone Super Bowl XLIV Halftime Show, the 3,055 Barco MiStrips incorporated into the custom video deck displayed arrows and other linear graphics that defied the non-linear arrangement of the MiStrips themselves. The design team used a beta version of VideoMapper, a software component to be included in an upcoming version of Green Hippo's Hippotizer HD media server software.

Barco Gear Used for AEO LED Display in Times Square

NEW YORK – Barco LED and LCD products were used for American Eagle Outfitters (AEO)'s new flagship store in Times Square. AEO turned to the Barnycz Group, a Baltimore-based design firm, which worked with Barco on the exterior display involving a 12-faceted assemblage of LED panels, almost 15,000 square feet in size, that includes a 25-story LED tower.
