Sullivan, Springsteen’s cousin, was assistant tour manager. Springsteen’s next performance was slated for Madison Square Garden on Oct. 29 at the first of two Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary concerts. Springsteen and the band are expected to perform.
