Blizzard Lighting’s Motif Fresco is an outdoor LED wash light that comes with 14 3-watt tri-color LEDs. Similar to the company’s Motif Sketch fixture, but bigger and brighter, the Motif Fresco has an IP65 rating for outdoor use. Other features include -channel DMX with built-in color presets, auto programs, user adjustable speed and fade times, variable electronic strobe effects, and 0-100 percent electronic dimming. The MSRP is $399.99.

AV Stumpfl says its forthcoming Wings Vioso RX software will feature a video decoding algorithm which uses specialized GPU instructions instead of regular CPU processes. AV Stumpfl has been developing a new solution for video playback in the entire lineup of video servers and players.

The new 4.8 mm pixel pitch VIP F4 Video Panel from Chauvet Professional has cable-free magnetic LED modules and a removable control/PSU box so that the video panels are fully serviceable from the front or rear.  The panels can be removed easily from the front using an MT-03 tool, making it practical to install the F4 flat on a wall in permanent installations. At the same time, the ruggedly designed panels also come with road cases for touring applications.

ETC’s new Eos Motorized Fader Wings are designed to function as modular add-ons to Eos consoles or systems, letting users build a control desk suitable for any live show. ETC says its Eos Motorized Fader Wings will be released later this summer, in conjunction with the company’s Eos v2.4 software update, which is geared toward the needs of programmers working in broadcast, music and live-event markets and other complex gigs.

FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA –The new 3i-2922-16 case just released by Canyonwest Cases will protect sensitive or valuable equipment during extreme conditions. This case meets military specifications that will protect contents in both military and industrial environments. Military specifications include: MIL-C-4150J (water submersible), MIL-STD-648C (automatic pressure relief valve) and MIL-STD-810F (resistant to corrosion and damage caused by sudden impact). Cases are also ATA (Air Transport Association) compliant.

Ayrton extends its SX range of fixures with its MagicDot-SX. The fixture is a compact, hybrid version of Ayrton’s award winning MagicDot-R. It builds on the features of its award-winning cousin, adding a zoom capability and LumenRadio wireless connectivity.

Blizzard Lighting’s Lo-Pro CSI LED black light PAR fixture gets its ultraviolet light from 36 3-Watt 365nm UV LEDs. The fixture also offers designers two pixel patterns and a 15° beam angle. This black light can be controlled with either 1/2/3/4 or 5-channels of DMX and comes with built-in auto and sound active programs with variable electronic strobe and dimming capabilities. For additional UV coverage, users can link multiple units together with the fixture’s pass-through power option.

ADJ’s Focus Spot Three Z is the first in the company’s new Focus range of LED-powered moving head spots offering motorized focus as standard. This top-of-the-range model also offers motorized zoom, with a 13° to 18° zoom range. The Focus Spot Three Z is equipped with a 100W white LED light-source rated for 50,000 hours of use. It generates an output of 6300 lux at three meters. The fixture also offers 540° pan and 270° tilt, with micro-stepping smoothing the movement and 16-bit precision.

Elation Professional’s Platinum Seven is a high-power LED wash luminaire that promises an unprecedented choice of colors from a 7-color multi-chip LED. Enttec’s Aleph2 ET DX 4 (DX4) is designed to serve as a compact, energy efficient RGBW LED fixture for warm and cool white light along with a wide range of other colors. A total of 64 custom colors can be created and saved via the preset menu. The DX4 comes with 25 color defaults, including several whites, RGB Yellow, RGB Purple, RGB Cyan plus popular colors from both the warm and cool color families. The DX4 comes in three sizes: 300mm (11.8”), 600mm (23.6”) and 1200mm (47.2”). The indoor-rated fixture uses CREE XM-L Color LEDs.
