FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA –The new 3i-2922-16 case just released by Canyonwest Cases will protect sensitive or valuable equipment during extreme conditions. This case meets military specifications that will protect contents in both military and industrial environments. Military specifications include: MIL-C-4150J (water submersible), MIL-STD-648C (automatic pressure relief valve) and MIL-STD-810F (resistant to corrosion and damage caused by sudden impact). Cases are also ATA (Air Transport Association) compliant.

Ayrton extends its SX range of fixures with its MagicDot-SX. The fixture is a compact, hybrid version of Ayrton’s award winning MagicDot-R. It builds on the features of its award-winning cousin, adding a zoom capability and LumenRadio wireless connectivity.

Blizzard Lighting’s Lo-Pro CSI LED black light PAR fixture gets its ultraviolet light from 36 3-Watt 365nm UV LEDs. The fixture also offers designers two pixel patterns and a 15° beam angle. This black light can be controlled with either 1/2/3/4 or 5-channels of DMX and comes with built-in auto and sound active programs with variable electronic strobe and dimming capabilities. For additional UV coverage, users can link multiple units together with the fixture’s pass-through power option.

ADJ’s Focus Spot Three Z is the first in the company’s new Focus range of LED-powered moving head spots offering motorized focus as standard. This top-of-the-range model also offers motorized zoom, with a 13° to 18° zoom range. The Focus Spot Three Z is equipped with a 100W white LED light-source rated for 50,000 hours of use. It generates an output of 6300 lux at three meters. The fixture also offers 540° pan and 270° tilt, with micro-stepping smoothing the movement and 16-bit precision.

PARIS, FRANCE – Paris based lighting manufacturer Ayrton recently announced the MagicBurstTM – the industry’s first high-power graphic LED strobe to offer continuous, unlimited rotation on its pan and tilt axes. Ayrton continues its mission to present new technology, original ideas, and inspiration for lighting designers and MagicBurst proves a landmark as the company’s first strobe unit and the world’s only motorized strobe. The MagicBurst offers wireless DMX through LumenRadio’s industry leading TiMo platform.

Elation Professional’s Platinum Seven is a high-power LED wash luminaire that promises an unprecedented choice of colors from a 7-color multi-chip LED. Designed to serve as a flexible color wash solution, it is described as the market’s first LED wash light that combines a seven-color multi-chip with such a wide zoom while maintaining a flat and even field of light projection.

Enttec’s Aleph2 ET DX 4 (DX4) is designed to serve as a compact, energy efficient RGBW LED fixture for warm and cool white light along with a wide range of other colors. A total of 64 custom colors can be created and saved via the preset menu. The DX4 comes with 25 color defaults, including several whites, RGB Yellow, RGB Purple, RGB Cyan plus popular colors from both the warm and cool color families. The DX4 comes in three sizes: 300mm (11.8”), 600mm (23.6”) and 1200mm (47.2”). The indoor-rated fixture uses CREE XM-L Color LEDs.

SUNRISE, FL – Chauvet Professional reports that their Maverick MK2 Wash is now available. The fixture promises to open new ways for designers to incorporate LED washes into tours, theatrical productions and other applications. Part of the Chauvet Professional Maverick series, the fixture is powered by 12 Osram 40-watt RGBW LEDs and features a custom designed optical system, along with full spectrum color mixing and impressive brightness and speed.

Blizzard Lighting adds to its Colorise family of fixtures the Colorise™ Zoom RGBAW. The fixtures come fitted with 36 3W RGBAW LEDs, an impressive 10° to 40° zoom-able beam angle and a diffused optical lens. The fixture is fully equipped with a built-in AnyFi™ wireless DMX receiver, and it is designed to support standard 2.4Ghz and W-DMX signal types.

Ayrton’s MagicPanel line of fixtures expands with the MagicPanel-FX. The fixture’s front face features a 5×5 array of new squared lenses, allowing for a new array of 2D graphical effects. Each of the 25 squared 65mm output lenses have an optical surface equivalent to that of an 80mm round lens, which means MagicPanel-FX also produces a beam capable of creating new 3D volumetric effects. A new optical zoom system with no visible moving parts outside the unit is part of the design. The new system has a 15:1 zoom ratio, with a zoom range of 3.5 to 52 degrees. The unit is capable of projecting everything from tight shafts of light to a wide wash, which makes it ideal for pixelmapping or for use as a powerful special effects projector, or as a wash light. Yvan Péard, Ayrton’s chief design and technology officer, is credited with the unique fixture design.
