NotchLC Adobe plugin update available now

The new NotchLC Adobe plugin for macOS brings native support for Apple Silicon.

As users may know, Apple has been transitioning to their own, ARM-based processor and GPU architecture, which has been a challenge for many software developers, including Notch. This change, along with Adobe’s subsequent decision to stop supporting Intel plugin backward compatibility in their Creative Cloud 2024 update, made using NotchLC on macOS more difficult for many. While several workarounds have been available (like side-loading older versions for Creative Cloud Media Encoder), they were not ideal, which is why Notch have been working on a better solution for the NotchLC user community.

Follow-Me to Exhibit at Prolight + Sound 2024

Follow-Me BV, the manufacturer of remote followspot and performer tracking solutions are looking forward to exhibiting at Hall 12.1 D40 during Prolight + Sound in Germany this month. The stand is focused on demonstrating the full feature set of the manual system, Follow-Me 3D and Follow-Me Track-iT auto-tracking solution for lighting, audio, and video.
Follow-Me will be showing for the first time at PLS the newly released feature, Proximity.
New Feature Release: Proximity!
Discover and celebrate the latest addition to the Follow-Me 3D system: Proximity. This groundbreaking feature allows Follow-Me to take control of conventional lights based on the position of the performer. Customize the radius within which conventional lights should be turned on and off, creating dynamic and responsive lighting that moves with the performers, elevating your production to new heights. The flexibility of using conventional fixtures with positional information allows for a breadth of creativity in your design.

Follow-Me systems give you full independence and creative flexibility with manual and auto-tracking. The Follow-Me product range allows for growth within the scope of manual tracking right through to full auto-tracking. Follow-Me is fixture independent: it can control any manufacturers type of moving light or conventional fixture via Art-Net, sACN, and includes OSC & PSN to integrate with audio, video and motion control.
A manual Follow-Me 3D System is completely scalable to also include the additional Follow-Me Track-iT System for auto-tracking. Follow-Me enables multiple performers, unlimited fixtures per performer, sizeable performance area (from small theatre to a large stadium) and also the requirements of both manual and auto-tracking all from within the one scalable system.
