It offers all of the face panel controls of ETC's Congo jr, with 40 master faders in a single, portable console enclosure, well-suited for busking small shows in multipurpose venues. The new board comes with either 256 or 512 control channels.

FRANKFURT – Coemar's latest product took center stage in their booth at Prolight + Sound in Frankfurt Germany, the Reflection Ledko. The Reflection technology (patent pending), is based on a multi-LED light source producing uniform beam with no pixels, dots, or multicoloured shadows. This has made the LED light generated by Reflection identical to that of a traditional lamp, eliminating defects (dots and multi-shadow light) and achieving great advantages: energy saving, durability and zero maintenance. Reflection Ledko also has a smaller dimension and allows to act on the modulation of light without using dimmers and scrollers.

Martin Professional's ultra-compact MAC 101 LED moving head wash is now available in three white light versions. The new variants incorporate cold and/or warm LEDs instead of RGB for a better white light quality and greater output. Ideal for highlighting skin tones, textiles, or set pieces, the MAC 101 white light variants are already finding use in touring applications, TV Studios and corportate events.

ADB Lighting Technologies launched its Freedom and Liberty lighting control desks at Pro Light+Sound 2011. The Freedom, for theatre, opera, television and other applications, can support up to 2,048 channels and 32 universes, while Liberty supports up to 1,024 channels and 16 universes.

Gatekeeper is a small turnstile system with pioneering proprietary software, designed to improve crowd safety at events. The Gatekeeper works by monitoring the amount of people entering and leaving an event area through multiple exits, automatically controlling the capacity in real time.

GLP Inc.'s Scenex Lighting has added flexible LED tapes for installation in set pieces or architectural elements. All have an IP 55 rating for outdoor and indoor use and 3M adhesive backing, and each tape can be cut at 2-inch intervals. Color options include tricolor RGB LEDs, white LEDs at 3200K or 6500K, and a variety of single colors.
