74th Tony Awards Honorees Finally Get Their Due

NEW YORK – Originally scheduled for June 7, 2020, the 74th annual Tony Awards were finally staged Sept. 26, 2021. Jagged Little Pill and Slave Play led the nominations, with 15 and 12, respectively, while Moulin Rouge! and A Christmas Carol were the musical and play reaping the most awards during the ceremony (10 and 5, respectively). Summer Night Concert with the Vienna Philharmonic Returns, Lit by More than 250 GLP Moving Lights

VIENNA – Every summer since 2004 (except for 2020, when the concert was postponed to autumn), the Vienna Philharmonic has presented a large open-air concert in the park at Schönbrunn Palace. LD Jerry Appelt’s lighting design, which made use of GLP impression S350 fixtures, could be seen by both the limited (3,000) live show attendees and others watching from close to 80 countries via broadcast.
