In Memoriam: Jacob “Jake” Raggio

MONACO – Jacob “Jake” Raggio, who had already earned some measure of fame for going the extra mile backstage and was starting to get better known as a performer of freestyle music on both sides of the Atlantic, died recently in Europe. The loss hit PLSN editor Nook Schoenfeld hard – he knew Raggio well, and penned the following tribute to his protégé and friend.

Christie Crimson Series Laser Projectors Illuminate Cultural Show in Furong Ancient Town with Spectacular Visuals

CHANGSHA, China – Christie Crimson Series 3DLP laser projectors were used for a large-scale cultural performance in Furong Ancient Town in China’s Hunan Province. Titled “Revelry of the Blooming Hibiscus,” the nighttime spectacular celebrates the rich culture of the Tujia people, the seventh largest of China’s 55 recognized ethnic populations.
