Read More »LOS ANGELES – After 15 seasons on FOX, American Idol moved to ABC this year. The rig from the show’s longtime LD, Kieran Healy, included 50 Ayrton Ghibli LED spot luminaires. The fixtures, sourced via A.C.T Lighting, offer designers a factory-equipped framing system. Most of the fixtures (45) are used for performance lighting; five keylight and backlight the judges.
