Christie Helps Bring Holiday Cheer with Handel’s Messiah

KITCHENER, Ontario, Canada – In partnership with Dejero this holiday season, Christie helped the City of Kitchener and the Grand Philharmonic Choir to bring a live broadcast performance of Handel’s Messiah from the Centre Square to Kitchener City Hall. Handel’s music was accompanied by projected images of hand-crafted illuminations from the Saint John’s Bible. Christie Boxer 4K projectors were deployed to project the pages and artwork of the Bible onto a 33-by-18-foot (WxH) screen to complement the choir’s performance of Handel’s Messiah.

Louis Vuitton Exhibition in NYC Financial District Gets BML-Blackbird Assist

NEW YORK – BML-Blackbird was selected to provide a variety of technical services for the Louis Vuitton “Volez, Voguez, Voyagez” exhibition at the former American Stock Exchange building in lower Manhattan. This was the first open-to-the-public event to be held within the 14-story building since it was vacated on Dec. 1, 2008, after the American Stock Exchange merged with the New York stock exchange and Amex Equities and Options traders moved to NYSE headquarters at 11 Wall Street. The exhibit is free to the public and open until Jan. 7, 2018.
