NEW YORK — For the Hearts Fashion Gala, a fundraiser for the AIDS Healthcare Foundation staged during New York Fashion Week, LD Dougie Lazer used Ovation and Rogue fixtures from Chauvet Professional to light the runway as models featured clothing designs from Hale Bob, Sanja Bobar and Gregorio Sanchez.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL. – ILC will be bringing back the Lighting Technology Chicago industry event Feb. 1-2, 2017 at the company’s 42,000 square foot facility in Arlington Heights, IL. This year ILC expects more than 20 vendors to attend and provide product demos.

HEMPSTEAD, NY — The debate between Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton and Republican candidate Donald Trump took take place in the David S. Lighting designer and production manager Kevin O’Brien selected Martin MAC Viper Performance and MAC Viper Wash DX fixtures to light the exterior façade of the building.

DENVER—Veteran Lighting Designer Jeremy Roth recently deployed Martin MAC Quantum Wash fixtures for Wilco’s current West Coast tour as well as a special performance by Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO. For both shows, Roth set out to create a lighting experience that was both organic and timeless, with an emphasis on mood, color and texture.

SANTA FE, NM – For the Fiestas de Santa Fe, an event that includes a bonfire consuming a 50-foot-tall puppet representing is Zozobra (“Old Man Gloom”), Creative Backstage used 10 Maverick MK2 Spot LED fixtures and 24 Rogue R2 Wash units. Lighting director Chris Brodmen and assistant LD Jordan Auge were on hand to assist with the spectacle.

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mi. – Michigan’s Mount Pleasant Community Church has upgraded their outdated lighting system with a dynamic LED solution that features new Elation Professional Colour Pendant color-changing LED luminaires. The fixtures were specified and installed by full-service integrator and production/rental company LiveSpace of Grand Rapids, MI.

The DeSisti and Coemar Lighting “pop up” showroom will also be open from Monday to Friday, Sept. 26-30, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
