NASHVILLE – Bandit Lites was proud to once again sponsor and donate lighting and services for the fifth annual NEXT Awards, a celebration of companies and individuals whose hard work and entrepreneurial spirit are making a difference in Nashville’s economy. The lighting company provided VL 2500 Spots and VL 3000 Spots in the main room at the Renaissance Hotel. Lighting technicians Carter Harris and Sarah Euker used Bandit GRN LED Pars and Lekos during the following reception.

SECAUCUS, NJ – Rose Brand is now offering custom track bending services. A long-time distributor of curtain track, the company now creates custom curves in-house. Track can be bent to any radius, giving customers more freedom to experiment with curves in tights spaces.

LAS VEGAS – For a show featuring mother-daughter duo Naomi and Wynona Judd at the Venetian in Las Vegas, Craig Rutherford of Blue Shift Design worked with a rig that included an  array of Martin Professional lighting fixtures. Rutherford’s design included 34 Martin MAC Viper Profiles, 18 Martin MAC III AirFXs, 30 Martin MAC Auras and four Martin Atomic 3000 Strobe fixtures.

NEW YORK – Kevin Mignone, owner of KM Productions, lit Kaskade’s show during the annual Pier of Fear on Manhattan’s West Side with fixtures from Chauvet Professional. The setup included 24 Legend 330SR Spots used for audience lighting.

ELGIN, IL – Harting North America has released a new app for Apple and Android devices – the Harting Knowledge Center.  The app is designed to serve as a content hub of all of the company’s educational materials, including white papers, FAQs, videos, brochures, and more.  The app also allows users the ability to make custom playlists and send them to any email address.

ORLANDO – Techni-Lux is celebrating its 25th year in operation with a technology fair and open house. The event, featuring educational sessions led by Richard Cadena and Tony Hansen, is set for Jan. 14, 2016 at Techni-Lux in Orlando from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Guests will have an opportunity to go hands on with dozens of products, vendors and exhibits for entertainment lighting, video and special effects.
