Thompson Square U.S. Tour Gets Visual Support from Jands, ArKaos Control Gear

NASHVILLE – For Thompson Square’s Just Feels Good tour, which features over 80 moving lights and a large configuration of HD video screens, LD Larry Foote has been using Jands’ Vista L5 console for control. Jeff Lavallee from Nashville-based lighting, rentals and production company 44 Designs also supported the tour looks. The setup includes a canopy of video screens and moving lights controlled by ArKaos MediaMaster Pro.

Inc., was named 2014 Stevie Awards Silver Winner – Female Entrepreneur of the Year at a Nov. 14 award ceremony at the Marriot Marquis Hotel in New York. Fourth Touring Career Workshop (TCW) Busiest Yet

NASHVILLE – More than doubling the registration total from its first year in 2011, the 2014 Touring Career Workshop (TCW), held in Nashville Nov. 24, was the busiest to date. In addition to a successful turnout for the event, led by LD/programmers Erik Parker and Chris Lisle (pictured here, L-R), TCW 2014 collected significant donations for their charitable partner, the Oasis Center, and presented the “Sammy Old Skool” Award, in memory of production professional Sam Harden.
