HENGELO, The Netherlands – Lighting design firm Outside the Circle created a New Year’s Eve visual spectacle in Hengelo, The Netherlands. The project involved eight fixed lighting locations plus 21 vehicles pulling trailers. At both the fixed and mobile installations, a single Elation Proteus Maximus fixture was encircled by RGB laser-source beam lights for a unique and celebratory look.
