BUCHAREST, Romania – The Bucharest Ladies Orchestra performed with Romanian jazz singer and TV personality, Ozana Barabancea, recently at Bucharest’s Aqua Parc Crangasi for an audience of 2,000. The European Cultural Center (Sector), promoters of the event, once again enlisted Temple Media, PR Lighting distributors, to provide the technical infrastructure. Sergiu Ardelean, Lighting Designer and DP at Romanian Television, came up with the imaginative lighting plot, working with Temple Media.

BANGKOK, Thailand –  The Road to Ultra Festival took place in Thailand for the third consecutive summer in 2016. A Milos roof was used to cover a 52 meter wide stage for the EDM festival, which is affliated with the Ultra Music Festival in Florida. Production Staged on Belgian Castle’s Moat Lit with Robe Moving Lights

WESTERLO, Belgium  For Albert 1, a new musical produced by Simon de Merode and staged around and on a series of pontoons floating on the moat of the Westerlo Castle in Belgium, LD Michel Jacobs lit the 150 by 100 meter performance space with Robe moving lights including 20 Robe BMFL Blades as the main fixtures. The theatrical production premiered at the Shizuoka Arts Theatre in Japan as part of its World Theatre Festival 2016 earlier this year.

2016 Las Lunas Awards Show in Mexico City Lit with Robe Fixtures

Sting Performs as Bataclan Reopens, One Year After Attacks

PARIS — On Nov. 13, 2015, gunmen stormed the Bataclan as an Eagles of Death Metal concert was underway. Part of a coordinated terrorist attack on the city that left 130 dead, 90 were killed at the venue. On Nov. 12, 2016, the venue reopened, featuring a concert by Sting. Proceeds from the Sting concert, which sold out in 30 minutes, went to charities helping victims’ families and survivors.
