Impact Production Services Adds Martin Fixtures to Inventory

MILTON KEYNES, U.K.––Impact Production Services (IPS) has added more than 100 lighting fixtures from Martin by Harman to its rental stock, including upgrading all existing MAC Auras to the enhanced XB edition. The significant investment also included the addition of the first Moving Head LED Profile fixture to the IPS inventory in the form of the MAC Quantum Profile. Completing IPS’s new line-up is the Atomic 3000 LED Strobe, combining the power of the traditional strobe with the flexibility of an LED product and the backlight of an Aura.

Hermes Lights Mexico’s Paragon Tower with PR Lighting Fixtures using Wireless Control

MEXICO CITY – Hermes Music México, authorized dealer for Wireless Solution in Mexico, recently completed an architectural lighting project in the Santa Fe district of Mexico City. Hermes supplied PR Lighting fixtures to light up Paragon Tower, a 151m high hotel, all with LED sources. Ricardo Segura de la Cruz, lighting specialist for Hermes, used WhiteBox F-1 G4S series units, which complemented PR Lighting’s capability to use W-DMX, for control.

Sol3 Mio Tours New Zealand with Robe BMFLs

QUEENSTOWN, New Zealand – Vocal trio Sol3 Mio recently completed a tour of their native New Zealand in February and March in support of their album, On Another Note. LD Joel Stanners lit the trio using 16 Robe BMFL Spots as the main hard edged fixtures. These were supplied by Auckland, New Zealand-based lighting and production rental company Oceania.

National Citizen Service in U.K. Inspires Teen Volunteers; Awards Show Lit with Robe

LONDON – Show designer Bryan Leitch and lighting director Jamie Thompson from creative visual design specialist Mirrad chose more than 120 Robe moving lights among other fixtures supplied by Colour Sound Experiment to light YesLive 2016, a an awards event with live music performances staged at the London Roundhouse. The annual YesLive show helps inspire 15 to 17 year-olds to get involved in activities via the National Citizen Service (NCS) initiative.
