LONDON – Working with visuals designer Andy Hurst, HSL supplied lighting gear for Faithless’ tour. The setup included 300 Martin VDO Sceptron 10 LED battens, which were rigged on custom structures to form a giant ‘88’ digital clock face.

HERTFORDSHIRE, U.K. —The main hub of the BBC’s 2015 Children in Need telethon was again Elstree Studios in Hertfordshire, where the marathon 7 hour live broadcast on BBC One  helped raise an 37 million pounds for the fundraising campaign. S+H Technical supplied 350 square meters of its animation cloth and 50 square meters of its RGB Star cloth product to the event.

PARIS – In the aftermath of the terror attacks, noted French showman Johnny Hallyday performed three impressive shows (with more to come) at the AccorHotels Arena. The Paris dates were part of the current Rester Vivant (Staying Alive) tour, lit by LD Dimitri Vassiliu.

DARLING, South Africa – Lighting designers Willie Botha and Matthew Meyer have employed an array of Philips Showline SL NITRO 510 LED strobes to give extra eye candy and punch to the tenth edition of Rocking The Daisies festival. Kilowatt AV supplied the dozen LED strobs for the ‘Electronic Dome’ EDM stage.
