CAIRO – Two of the biggest musical draws in the Middle East brought a big crowd to 100,000-capacity International Stadium late last year. The concert was staged to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Hong Kong-based fashion and wellness company, QNet, which operates in Egypt. Walid el Hariry of AmazonEgypt (Egypt1) served as LD. ST. PETERSBURG, Russia — Euroshow provided Martin fixtures to light an ice show at Yubileny Sport Palace here. The show, which referenced the concurrent 2014 Paralympic Games, was held before the final stage of the Torch Relay. LD Alexey Yevstifeyev used 20 MAC Viper Profiles, 12 Atomic 3000 DMX strobes, 20 RUSH MH3 Beams, 48 MAC 101s and 20 MAC 2000 Wash XB fixtures.

DUBLIN — OneRepublic’s headlining “Native Tour,” which completed its shows in the U.K. and Ireland on March 24 after spending last year circling the globe, was the first tour to utilize Clay Paky’s A.leda B-EYE K20 LED-based moving lights.
