LONDON – Ventriloquist Jeff Dunham, known for his character Achmed The Dead Terrorist (and the catchphrase, "Siiilence,… I KEEL you!"), received support from Adlib Lighting and Sound. Dunham has been dubbed as "America's favorite comedian" by Time Magazine, and was the top-grossing standup act in North America for the past two years, according Pollstar.

SOLOTHURN, Switzerland – LEDs supplied by Coemar were used to light the Kulturm tower in late March. The tower, built in 1538, has been used for defense, as a granary, prison, bunker, and, most recently, as a multi-purpose cultural center for theatrical and art events.

PORT MACQUARIE, Australia – Designed by Tonkin Zulaikha Greer Architects and opened in mid-2009, the $50 million Glasshouse arts center includes a 600-seat performing arts theatre, a 600-square-meter regional art gallery, a studio theatre, conference facilities and a community workshop. MILAN, Italy – The set for Zelig, a popular variety show on Italian TV, is being lit once again by an Clay Paky-dominated rig supplied by Renato Neri's Xenon. The fixture lineup includes Alpha Spot HPE 1200s, Alpha Spot 575s, Alpha Wash 575s, Stage Color 1200s, Stage Profile Pluses, CP Color 400s and Alpha Beam 300 motorized ACL lights.

MILAN – It's more than a disco, and Magazzini Generali has been equipped with an array of gear from Martin Professional that helps the space transform into a venue for concert performances, photo shoots, fashion shows, music festivals and theatrical performances.

LONDON – Coemar's Infinity M fixtures made their theatrical début at the Adelphi Theatre in London with Andrew Lloyd Webber's sequel to Phantom of the Opera, Love Never Dies. Paule Constable is using Infinity M moving head projectors supplied by White Light for the production, which is set to run until Oct. 23, 2010.

LONDON – Draping specialists Cover It Up was engaged by production company Partytechture to black out 40 large windows at Oxford's Sheldonian Theatre, a Grade 1 Listed Building that was used to stage one element of the 2010 SKOLL World Summit event.

WARSAW, Poland – ETC's Polish distributor Prolight installed a Congo jr control desk and 144 channels of SmartPack dimming for the sixth floor theatre at the Palace of Culture and Science.
