UTRECHT, The Netherlands – Marc van der Wel, longstanding director of business development for Ampco Flashlight Group and also director of sales and marketing for XLNT CyberMotion, announced that he is stepping down from both positions. He will be joining broadcast and media solutions provider NEP The Netherlands (part of NEP Group Inc.) as director of sales. His new role will commence on Oct. 1.

WESTFORD, MA.— Artel Video Systems, a leading provider of IP- and fiber-based media transport solutions, named Rafael Fonseca vice president and director of product management. GREENFIELD, IN – Mid-America Sound Corporation announced a change of ownership on Sept. 9. The company noted that longtime employees Bob Williams and Jason Wells have bought the company from Kerry Darrenkamp, who founded the company in 1976.
