GREENVILLE, SC — Hubbell Lighting named John DiNardi general manager and vice president of the Hubbell Lighting Components Business, based in Elgin, IL. He currently heads Hubbell Lighting’s Technology and Business Development program. This move connects the solid state lighting components brands with Hubbell’s advanced technology, product and business development group.

SYDNEY – ADJ Group named Australis Music Group as the new official ADJ distributor for Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the Cooke Islands. ADJ noted that this strategic partnership will increase the availability of ADJ’s expansive range of products in the region, backed by a well-respected company with a knowledgeable team of sales and support staff. Australis is based in Alexandria, NSW, in the Sydney metro area.

LONDON — Creative Technology announced plans to exhibit at the ABTT Theatre Show at Alexandra Place in London (June 22-23, stand A53) highlighting two big developments for the company: the launch of their Integrated Networks division and their audio arm, called Dimension Audio.

LOS ANGELES – Mickey Curbishley announced June 13 that he will be leaving Production Resource Group as of June 30, 2016. As CEO of PRG’s Music Group, Curbishley oversaw business development and client support for concert tours, special events, television, and other music-related projects around the world. Prior to PRG, he had been co-owner of Light & Sound Design (LSD), which PRG acquired in 1998. Prior to joining LSD in 1994, he had toured with top artists including Elton John, Eric Clapton, Phil Collins, George Harrison, Frank Sinatra, Judas Priest, AC/DC and Prince.

LOS ANGELES – Green Hippo noted that Denis Hessberger has joined the company as a freelance product specialist. Hessberger has extensive experience in lighting and video, including both lighting consoles and media servers. He will work with current and potential users, focusing on the German market.

LAS VEGAS – 4Wall Entertainment Lighting named Jeanette Farmer National Operations Manager for its Systems and Design Division, a new position. Farmer will oversee 4Wall’s nationwide project management and after-sales technical support for the company’s rapidly growing System Integration division.

ORLANDO, FL – LMG named Rick Hyland accounts manager at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. His role will include creating and fostering relationships with current and prospective OCCC clients, as well as manage and oversee LMG’s operations and sales teams at the OCCC.

BRIGHTON, MA – High Output, Inc., a leading New England-based supplier of services and equipment for the entertainment industry, announced the opening of an office in Brighton, MA. LAS VEGAS, NV – Morpheus Lights, the exclusive U.S distributor of Ayrton LED luminaires, announced the appointment of Rich Dale as Eastern Regional Sales Manager. In his new role, Dale, a 23-year industry veteran, will be responsible sales and promotion of the Ayrton product line in the Eastern U.S.
