YONKERS, NY – Altman Lighting announced that Jason Osterman has joined the company as Global Specifications Manager. Osterman will work with large scale specification accounts to support design efforts, perform product training sessions and generate Altman Lighting based project specifications. Prior to joining Altman Lighting, Osterman served as a Senior Consultant for Theatre Projects London where he has worked for the last eight years. He has also worked as a technician with the English National Opera and as a Production Specialist with Vincent Lighting Systems.

CAMARILLO, CA – Green Hippo added Cory Froke to the Green Hippo U.S. team Froke, based in Burbank, CA, will work as Product Specialist for Green Hippo. Froke brings experience in both lighting and AV to Green Hippo, having previously worked at PRG Nocturne / PRG Concert Touring, Chaos Visual Productions, DWP Live and Entertainment Lighting Services (ELS).

SECAUCUS, NJ – Joshua Alemany, a long time veteran of theatre production and the entertainment industry, has joined Rose Brand as Director of Products.  Working alongside the sales, marketing and product teams, Alemany will spearhead efforts to bring new and innovative products to design and production professionals everywhere.

MOONACHIE, NJ – 4Wall Entertainment Lighting, a national provider of stage and theatrical lighting services, has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of media, film, and entertainment lighting provider Shadowstone Inc.

EXETER, U.K. – To support the expansion of its LED portfolio in general and its successful impression LED fixtures in particular, GLP has established a new base of operations just outside Exeter, U.K.  GLP alson named Noel ‘Roly’ Smith as head of the U.K. operation. 

BALTIMORE – Event Tech named Event Tech account executive. Compel has 25 years of special events experience along with local market savvy in the Baltimore/DC region. Prior to joining Event Tech, she served for many years as one of Event Tech’s customers. A director at Feats Inc. in Baltimore, Petra produced hundreds of events for corporate, educational, and convention clients over a ten year period, and many times would rely on Event Tech to provide the technical equipment and staff.

PHOENIX — Clearwing Systems Integration announced that Jeffery Sussman has joined their team as general manager. Sussman will oversee integration operations for both Milwaukee and Phoenix offices.

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN — Milestone AV Technologies acquired Minnetonka, MN-based Vaddio, a manufacturer of PTZ cameras, professional AV solutions and a full suite of Unified Communication and Collaboration products for the audiovisual, videoconference and broadcast markets. The purchase price was not disclosed. Vaddio will now join the Milestone family of brands including Chief, Da-lite, SANUS and Projecta. Milestone is majority owned by the Pritzker Group, alongside management and Duchossois Capital Management.
