AUSTIN, TX – High End Systems announced a new global sales team for 2016 that includes Chris Ferrante (GM), Jeff Pelzl (APAC/Oceania Regional Sales Manager), Sean Hoey (Eastern US Regional Sales Manager), Bobby Hale (Director of Fixed Installations) and Sales Administration Manager Betsy Childers. Rounding out the new sales force are Paul Hancock (Central US Regional Sales Manager), Noel Garcia (Latin America Regional Sales Manager), Ruediger Haeming (Western US Regional Sales Manager) and Scott Kinnebrew (Eastern US Technical Sales Manager) and Shayla Johnson (Inside Sales).

DUBAI – Unusual Rigging and Engineering LLC, a supplier of rigging and technical solutions to the entertainment, exhibition, architectural, event, TV and film industries in the Middle East, named Denis Bramhall as its new managing partner. Denis, who has been with Unusual Rigging for 15 years, will be taking over from Alan Thomson, who is retiring after nearly eight years in the region. The appointment will become effective early in the second quarter of 2016.

LENEXA, KS — LynTec named Martin Dornfeld as its new national sales manager. In this position, Dornfeld will work directly with new and existing LynTec customers to ensure the best possible power distribution and control solution for any installation.

GLENDALE, CA — Kinetic Lighting named Kevin McElroy Director of Studio Rentals. McElroy previously worked at 4Wall Entertainment.

WESTFORD, MA — Artel Video Systems, a provider of IP- and fiber-based media transport solutions supporting global telecommunications, broadcast, and related markets, named Michael LaFleur Vice President of Operations. LaFleur joins Artel with 25 years’ experience in operations, purchasing, and materials management.

LITITZ, PA – Atomic announced a new Rental Solutions office in Tokyo, Japan. The design company has been active in Japan since 1992. Now the Rental Solutions team is stoked to establish an office in Tokyo with longtime client and now partner, the Shimizu Group.

UTRECHT, Netherlands – Ampco Flashlight Sales has been named as the main EU distributor for SHS Global’s TourPro products, including LightSky spot, beam, LED and wash fixtures.. The products arrive in Europe after having seen sales expand in Australia and the Americas over the past three years.

DALLAS – LMG name Kaci Whisenhunt business development manager. Based in the Dallas office, her role will include building relationships with new clients to help meet company revenue goals and strengthening LMG’s exposure in local and national markets.  Kaci will be working on capturing more local Dallas business and will also be responsible for finding more clients around the state of Texas in cities like Austin, Houston and San Antonio.

PARIS – Robert Juliat named two new distributors at the start of 2016: A.C.T Canada (for Canada) and RM Multimedia (for Italy). Robert Juliat termed the agreement with A.C.T Canada as a natural extension of its relationship with A.C.T Lighting in the U.S., and also noted that the company’s use of MDG as a distributor in Canada concluded on Jan. 1, 2016.
