BURBANK, CA — U.K.-based Green Hippo announced plans to open a U.S. office in Burbank, CA. The location, the company’s first international office, is set to open in Jan. 2016. It will be the headquarters location for Green Hippo U.S Inc., a subsidiary tasked with supporting the company’s growth in the Americas.

PLASA Details “De-Merger” Plans

LONDON — After announcing plans to “de-merge,” U.K.-based PLASA EU has released more details about the future of their organization — including staffing changes intended to help deal with a “critical” cash flow problem. As part of the split it was also confirmed that Lighting & Sound America will remain a publication of the U.K. arm of PLASA, while Protocol will revert to PLASA North America (formerly ESTA).
