MADISON, WI – Full Compass Systems has selected Ryan Mauer as its new Sales Manager to head up its National Sales Division. Ryan brings a wide range of sales leadership and recruitment experience to the Full Compass sales team.

YONKERS, NY — Altman Lighting named Pete Borchetta product manager. Borchetta, who comes to Altman from Philips’ entertainment lighting division, will oversee the development of new products including new LED offerings and custom fixtures from the Altman Lighting factory in Yonkers, NY.

POTTERS BAR, U.K. — Harman’s Martin Professional named Barclay Dakers as Key Account Manager in the U.K., including Scotland, Ireland and northern England. Dakers will be based at Martin’s UK headquarters and will report to Michael Walker, U.K. director of sales.

ATLANTA – XL Video US announces the addition of German Perl as Technical Director Media Application and Projection.  Perl is joining XL Video U.S. after 10 years of developing new technologies with XL Video in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Grabel-Komar will oversee the company’s vertical sales channels, taking advantage of her years of knowledge both within Full Compass and in her industry experience by heading up the Sales Department along with our new Sales Management team.

He comes to the quickly-growing Chicago-based lighting production, integration, and sales company with over a decade of experience in the live entertainment, television, and theatrical industries. He will handle day-to-day operations, production and project management, and production/rental logistics.
