ATLANTA, GA  — Spectrum Productions, Inc. named Greg Gardner president.  Gardner will be responsible for sales team management, operations management and back office management as well as general management responsibilities. Prior to Spectrum Productions, Gardner had been with XL Video since 2010, serving most recently as COO, where he had been responsible for U.S. operations.
