Foreground Names EMTO UK Distributor for LED Screens

LONDON — Foreground, based in Shenzhen, China, named Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire U.K.-based EMTO, headed by Wes Matthews, as a UK and European distributor for LimboLED and MamboLED LED screen displays.
