HONG KONG and SINGAPORE — The Creative Technology Group (CT) named Chris Burke managing director of its offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. The move is in line with the company’s expansion of its Asia Pacific operations.

BRIGHTON, MI — TLS Productions, Inc. announced the addition of two members to its staff. The company named Elizabeth “Eli” Essex production manager and Ryan Nicholson lighting designer. TLSP also noted that both Essex and Nicholson bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company.

ERLANGER, KY — TV One promoted Scott Coltham to position of R&D Test Team Leader, based in Margate, UK.  Coltham joined TV One in October 2010 as an R&D Test Engineer. Prior to that, he served as a product development application engineer at Extron and as a product engineer at Electrosonic.

HOLLYWOOD, FL — Rental Stages, Inc., a division of Sidram Power, named Jill Spear director of sales and marketing. Spear, who has extensive experience in the event industry in South Florida, will work to generate new business and maintain the company’s marketing and PR campaigns.
