Tomcat USA Moves into New Manufacturing Facility

KNOXVILLE, TN – Tomcat USA has moved into its new manufacturing facility and U.S. headquarters in Knoxville, TN. The new 50,000-plus square-foot facility at 5427 North National Drive will house manufacturing operations as well as design, sales and administrative staff. Tennessee’s Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty along with Knox County officials lauded the move, which represents an investment of $2 million and the creation of 50 jobs.

STAMFORD, CT — Rosco Laboratories, Inc., based here, agreed to acquire the assets of Los Angeles-based GAM Products Inc. Arup Integrates Artec Consultants into its Global Practice

NEW YORK – Arup and Artec announced the integration of their Acoustics, Audio Visual, and Theatre Consulting practices. A spokesman noted that, prior to the Feb. 2013 merger, the two companies operated separately, with Arup founded in 1946 and Artec founded in 1971. Instead of one company buying another, the merger combines the two practices, which now operate as Arup. The move also brings 13 acoustics, audio visual and theatre consultants under the Arup umbrella.
