MILWAUKEE, WI – Gabriel Spaulding has been named Lead Video Editor at Logan Productions. Spaulding has more than 10 years of industry experience as a freelance videographer, editor, motion graphics artist and musician.

TAMPA, FL – Bay Stage Lighting has two new hires in its warehouse. Robert C. Peterson joins as Warehouse Supervisor. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry as an independent contractor, Peterson is known for his skill in aerial rigging and custom fabrications. Working under Peterson, Cody Barden is the new warehouse lead.

SHENZEN, CHINA – Tait China has opened in Shenzen with two people at the helm. Alex Luthwaite joins Tait China as Technical Manager. He will work with General Manager Ysabel Vangrudenberg to oversee all production carried out in the region. Luthwaite most recently worked with Neg Earth in the UK, where he dealt with production design and development of large scale custom control systems. Vangrudenberg coordinates all Chinese based projects and plays a key business development role in the region.

BRISTOL, UK – Dan Aldridge has taken on the post of Managing Director at Stage Electrics.  Aldridge has been involved in the company for more than six years, both as Operations Director and most recently as a Non-Executive Director. Founder and majority shareholder of Stage Electrics, David Whitehead, will continue in the role of Chairman.

EMERYVILLE, CA – Cullen Quave has joined the inside sales team for the Advanced Systems Group (ASG), a West Coast video and film integration firm. Quave has more than 25 years of experience in the Bay Area film and video community, most recently as sales rep for Calumet Photographic.

NORCROSS, GA — LED display manufacturer NanoLumens has appointed Dr. Donald E. Panoz to the position of Chairman of the Board. Panoz has had a 50-year career of major entrepreneurial successes in fields as far ranging as pharmaceuticals, world-class resorts, motorsports and wine.

WALLINGFORD, CT – Alan Keen has joined the American team for lighting manufacturer Robert Juliat.  Keen has more than 20 years of experience in design, sales, and management within the theatrical lighting industry, most recently with Production Resource Group (PRG). He has also worked with Genlyte-Entertainment Technology (now Philips Entertainment) and Electronic Theatre Controls (ETC).

LAS VEGAS- The 4Wall Entertainment System & Design team has added two new project managers on opposite coasts. Tommy Green, pictured left, takes on the role of project manager and is based at 4Wall’s Los Angeles location. Kelly Easterling, right, serves as project manager for all East Coast system and design projects and will be based at 4Wall New York.

MEXICO CITY – Vari Internacional is the new Robe lighting distributor for Mexico. Robe made the announcement during the recent 2012 Sound:check Xpo trade event, during a special after-show party. The Mexico City-based company has a 25-year history as a leading professional lighting and sound sales operation in Latin America.
