ATLANTA, LOS ANGELES and LONDON — XL Video is reorganizing its U.S. operations and merging the management structure for its ongoing operations in Atlanta and Los Angeles to focus on its three primary business groups: touring, exhibitions and events.

QUEBEC – ChainMaster has appointed Robert “Bob” Belanger as head of its newly established ChainMaster Consulting Office for North America, based in Quebec City, Canada. Belanger has more than 10 years of experience with sales and installation of ChainMaster products.

ATLANTA – Chad Hammon has joined worldwide distributor Solaris as Logistics Manager. Hammon was most recently General Manager at American Sports & Recreational Surfaces in Kennesaw, GA, where he was the sole project manager for domestic and international installations of synthetic turf.

NORTH BERGEN, NJ – Keith Westpy joined the Drape Kings team as their Chief Financial Officer. Westpy will oversee the financial growth of both Drape Kings and Media Services in North Bergen, NJ. He was previously Controller at Sixth Sense Media in Raleigh, NC.

ERLANGER, KY – TV One appoints Dominique Giral as Sales Manager within France. Girl has a 20-year sales background in the Broadcast and Pro AV Industry. From his Paris base, he is responsible for maintaining and developing new business within the French market.

LONDON — Riedel Communications named Nick Williams UK Sales Manager. He will spearhead sales efforts for Riedel products in the U.K., including its range of intercom, fiber, audio and rental solutions.

FAIRVIEW, NJ — iWeiss Theatrical Solutions named Nicholas Belton project manager. Belton comes to iWeiss from Royal Caribbean International, where, as stage & production manager, he led the day-to-day operations of the cruise ships’ performance venues. 

MIDDLETON, WI — ETC (Electronic Theatre Controls, Inc.) named Gary Henley rigging sales manager. Henley will begin working on behalf of the company’s ETC Rigging brand of automated hoists and rigging-control systems on April 10.

UXBRIDGE, MA –  Mick Provencher has joined event company Blackstone Productions, Inc., as Producer and Technical Director.  Before joining Blackstone, Provencher was executive producer/director for Proven Productions, where he designed, produced and managed a number of high profile projects including overseeing the Emerging Technology Center at IMTS, a large manufacturing tradeshow in North America.

MADISON, WI – Full Compass Systems recently promoted Laurie Andres from marketing & public relations specialist to senior marketing coordinator.  Andres will continue to coordinate day-to-day operations of the Full Compass marketing department, oversee production schedules and contribute to the planning and development of marketing programs.

KERKRADE, NETHERLANDS – Ian Webster has been named sales manager for the United Kingdom, northern region, by the ADJ Group. Webster will be responsible for sales and customer development for American DJ Lighting and American Audio products in his territory. Previously, Webster was a technical sales specialist with Motorola United Kingdom for seven years.
