PHOENIX – Precise Corporate Staging (PCS) named Gary Brunclik head of its recently-formed entertainment division. Brunclik has been involved in the live entertainment industry since he started working for Clearwing Productions in the 1980s. He also worked as an audio engineer for eight years, working with Soul Asylum, Matthew Sweet, Five for Fighting, and the BoDeans, among others. He returned to Clearwing in 1995, where he managed live entertainment productions including Summerfest in Milwaukee.

RICHMOND, CA – DiCon Lighting and Main Light Industries are teaming up to promote FiberLamp's flagship product, the FL5100B. Main Light Industries manufactures and rents a wide range of fiber optic-based products to the entertainment industry, and the FL5100B, recently added to Main Light's rental offerings, is being marketed as the LightStar Illuminator.

ORLANDO – Alcorn McBride, Inc., makers of show control, audio and video equipment for the theme-park industry, marked 25 years recently and revamped its website at alcorn.com. The company was founded in 1986 by CEO Steve Alcorn, who maintains his leadership role.

MEXICO CITY – Jerry Colmenero, Strong's independent representative for Latin America,  has established Teletec as Strong Entertainment Lighting's distributor for Mexico.  "Teletec has continuously proven itself as a strong player in the theatrical and television studio lighting market and with their ShowCo division they have also expanded into touring production supply, for Strong this is ultimately the best choice."  Says Jerry Colmenero.

LONDON – Electrosonic named Colin Lemmings vice president of Corporate Solutions, one of the company's three business units. (The other two are Entertainment and Control Rooms). Lemmings was promoted from his previous position, sales director for Corporate Solutions. Lemmings is now head of Corporate Solutions business worldwide.
