Elation’s Artiste Picasso, featured at LDI Booth 2315 this week, uses a 600W cool white LED engine with an advanced optical system to promise a powerful, crisp output of over 22,000 total lumens. Exceptionally quiet for use in noise-sensitive applications, Elation has packed a full list of features including zoom, framing, CMY, CTO, gobo wheels, animation, prisms and more, in a discreetly compact design, making the Artiste Picasso ideal for stage environments of all types. The Elation Artiste Picasso joins other featured products in the company’s Artiste line, including the Artiste Dali and Artiste DaVinci fixtures, also featured at LDI booth #2315.

Robe’s BMFL LightMaster accessory, which includes a control panel with two individual faders that help lighting crews make use of BMFL fixtures in follow-spot mode — when using the externally mounted programmable followspot handles — is available for sideways or back-mounted operation.

Chauvet Professional’s Maverick MK2 Profile is the company’s first profile light in its Maverick series of fixtures. A 440W LED fixture with a high (90+) CRI, the fixture has been designed to perform a wide variety of functions in theatrical, house of worship, touring, and event applications. With an illuminance of up to 14,981 lux at five meters and a zoom angle of 14° to 36°, the new fixture also has the output needed for large venues and the ability to produce a range of beam sizes.  For applications when less output is needed, the fixture has a low-volume “Eco Mode.”

The new Christie Crimson Series of 3DLP laser phosphor projectors, introduced in mid-November and featured at LDI 2017, combine up to 25,000 ISO lumens, 60Hz processing and Christie BoldColor Technology in a compact and rugged package with a low cost of ownership for rental, staging and fixed installation customers. For further cost savings, customers can upgrade from their existing Christie M Series and Christie J Series to experience the lamp-free technology of the Christie Crimson WU25 and HD25 without needing to purchase new lenses.

Harman is featuring the Martin RUSH MH 10 Beam FX, a competitively priced beam fixture with an independent, built-in LED ring, at LDI booth #242. With 24 individually-controllable LEDs surrounding a central beam lens, the RUSH MH 10 FX promises visual effect possibilities never before available at this price point.

Riedel says its new Bolero wireless intercom system is capable of supporting 10 beltpacks per antenna and up to 100 antennas in a single deployment and includes features such as ADR (Advanced DECT Receiver) with multiple-diversity and RF anti-reflection technology for greater RF robustness, complete integration with Riedel’s Artist, “Touch&Go” beltpack registration. Bolero also offers versatile operation as a wireless beltpack, a wireless keypanel, and a walkie-talkie.
