FAIRBANKS, AK – Jonathan Huff is accustomed to dealing with harsh winter weather.  As CEO of Alaska Universal Productions in Fairbanks, which was ranked by USA Today as “the coldest city in America,” he has had to contend with more than his share of frigid temperatures and blinding snowstorms. ECUADOR – The statue of Panecillo’s Virgin, World Heritage site, is located on the Panecillo hill, just outside the city center of Quito and represents the city from the 18th century. Last October the municipality, according to the MTE (Empresa Mantenimiento Técnico Especializado) and the electrical enterprise of the city required a dedicated lighting project.
