Screenworks Opens Nashville Location

NASHVILLE – Music City is home to yet another production company, as Screenworks hung out their shingle and got one of those respected “615” area codes on Dec. 10. Bucharest Christmas Market Makes Use of SGM Fixtures for Entertainment, Architectural Lighting

BUCHAREST, Romania — Bucharest City Hall’s annual Bucharest Christmas Market, organized with an assist from CreArT (Centre for Creation, Art and Tradition), draws holiday visitors with crafts, foods, music and a 50-foot-tall Christmas tree emblazoned with 20,000 lights. SGM partner FIVE’S International has been serving as the technical provider of the event, deploying SGM LED luminaries for both architectural installations and entertainment stage light setups.

D3D to Update Naval Aviation Museum with Christie Laser Projectors

PENSACOLA, FL — D3D Cinema will be installing a new laser-illuminated giant screen projection system at the National Naval Aviation Museum using a 4K laser-illuminated solution from Christie. RPG Productions in Burbank, CA is converting the museum’s 1996 film, The Magic of Flight, to a 4K digital format.
